All orders are shipped from our centrally located distribution center in Miami, Florida, USA.
SHIPPING TIMES
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location but generally range between 2-7 business days after processing.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all diffuser purchases and monthly subscriptions within the contiguous United States.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities may require payment to release your package upon arrival. Global Scent USA is not responsible for any delays or additional charges imposed by customs.
ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make adjustments or cancel it. Please double-check your order details, including the shipping address and payment information, before completing your purchase.
Returns Policy
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center at https://www.globalscentusa.com/returns.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, cords, and documentation.
- Opened or used products, including fragrance oils with broken seals, are not eligible for return.
- Final sale items, such as mystery items or promotional products, cannot be returned.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
RETURN PROCESS
- Visit https://www.globalscentusa.com/returns to initiate your return request.
- Pack the item securely and include all original materials.
- Ship the item to the address provided during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Global Scent USA is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Refunds Policy
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund is completed.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
For purchases made between November 24th and December 31st, you may return eligible items until January 15th of the following year or within 30 days of delivery, whichever is later.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support team at info@globalscentusa.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
Warranty Information
Some diffusers come with an 18-month warranty. Please refer to the product description for warranty details. Warranty claims must be submitted through our Customer Support team.
